Description Legge L91MFS Lock Body Legge’s 991MF configured as either a Combination or Vestibule Mortice Lock has been designed specifically to meet the requirements of the Australasian market. The 991MF is ideally suited for commercial, industrial, institutional, and government buildings where durability and security are of major importance.  Successfully tested up to 4 hours (depending on type of doorset) on fire door assemblies in accordance with Australian Standard AS 1905.1- 2005, Part 1: Fire Resistant Doorsets. Refer fire door manufacturer for approval. 60 mm backset. Anti-lockout is now non-handed. Multi-function case allows easy conversion of a vestibule lock function (inside handle free) to a combination lock function (both handles locked) by a simple external operation. Reversible stainless steel latch adjusts for inwards/ outwards opening and left/right hand without case disassembly. Standard lock suitable for doors 32 to 50 mm thick. Bolt-through fixing for 50.8 mm diagonal, 38-41 mm horizontal fixing door furniture, and QuickFix™ furniture. Accept 7.6 – 8 mm furniture spindles, with no adjustment necessary. Closed through holes to reduce dust getting into the lock. Radiused latchbolt for smoother closing action. 4 hour fire rated. Extended door gap range to accommodate deadlatching on a wider range of doors. Compatible with most restricted keying systems. Supplied less cylinder. Legge 991MF conforms with S7 (Physical Security) Australian Lock Standard (AS 4145.2-2008). S8 and SL8 physical security achieved when installed with door furniture and anti-drill cylinder. SC7 cylinder security standard (SC8 available). K6 for keying security. Finished in satin chrome.
